The author went through it all himself and in his books he teaches techniques, which worked for him and took his life to another level. I find it very inspiring and try to implement this way of thinking, feeling, programming, in every day life. Reminding myself the truth, being courageous and practicing positive mindset are just a few things to climb the consciousness ladder…
‘The relationship between body, mind, and spirit is that the body reflects what is held in mind, which in turn reflects one’s spiritual position.’
‘All the physical things that go on with the body, including sensations, are experienced in the greater dimension called mind. It is in mind that the experience of the body takes place.‘

Because of consciousness, we are aware of what goes on in mind. Within the energy field of consciousness is a very high frequency of vibration, analogous to light itself, called awareness.
Out of awareness arises knowingness of what is going on within consciousness, which reports what is going on within mind, and it, in turn, reports what is going on with the physical body.‘
What is the reason for suffering and hardship?! Well, as far as I understand, without those events in life we wouldn’t create so much energy to reorient the mind to a new, different point of view of life. We often won’t until we really have to. Only then, we grow strong enough to move through grief, fear, anger towards courage, which is the breaking point. Once we accept what really is, with the right support, we move towards love. And love is only felt when it is given, shared, expressed. So the aim is to love ourselves and find joy, in any given moment.
